Enframed OU is a communications company. When you use the App you may share some information with us. This policy describes information we may collect, how we use it, whom we share it with, and the controls we give you to access, update, and delete your information.
When you use the App we collect information about the features you’ve used and how you’ve used them.
We collect content you create by the means of the App such as message text or image.
We collect information about the devices that you use that may include: hardware model, operating system version, unique application identifiers, unique device identifiers, device usage data, language, battery level, time zone, wireless and mobile network information.
We collect information in order to:
- develop, operate, improve, deliver, maintain, and protect the App
- monitor and analyze data trends and estimate hardware use
- enhance the safety and security of the App
- verify your identity and prevent fraud or other unauthorised or illegal activity
- enforce, investigate, and report conduct violating our Terms of Service and other usage policies, respond to requests from law enforcement, and comply with legal requirements
We share public information about you and content you post or send with other users of the App in order to provide App's functionality.
We may share anonymized, non-personal information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, including to facilitate payments and measure and optimize the performance of the App.
We may share information about you as part of a merger or acquisition. If Enframed OU gets involved in a merger, asset sale, financing, liquidation or bankruptcy, or acquisition of all or some portion of our business to another company, we may share your information with that company before and after the transaction closes.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll let you know by revising the date at the top of the Privacy Policy.
