This privacy policy is written to help you understand how Enframed OÜ ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information about you when you use mimeCam mobile application (the “app”, "mimeCam").

This Privacy Policy does not apply to services, websites, or applications developed by Enframed OÜ that do not incorporate this Privacy Policy by reference or that expressly refer to a separate privacy policy.

We do not collect / use / share or maintain any personal data through the app.

That being said mimeCam app allows you to make pictures and share them with people that you chose. Information below describes a lifetime and an accessability of the pictures that you take when using mimeCam.

Q&A

  • How is picture ("selfie") I take with mimeCam being used?

If the picture that you took is a picture of you ("selfie") then it is considered a personal information. We do not store, share or use selfies for any purposes other than providing basic game functionality. You chose a time period your selfie is stored for and who you share it with.

Selfie lifetime. For how long my selfie is kept (stored in a file)?

Your selfie is stored for the duration of the game. When you leave a game room ("group") by tapping on <exit> button your selfie is deleted. <exit> button is located at the right top corner of every game room. Private vs Public games.

When you create a Private game you are in control of the people who you invite to the play room ("group"). Please note that anybody who uses mimeCam can join a Public game (assuming max number of players per room limit was not reached). If you don't want to play with people that you do not know then do not create or join Public games.

mimeCam and children under 13.

mimeApp is not designed for children under 13 and we prohibit children under 13 to participate in games. Please note that if you are under 13 then you are not allowed to create or join mimeApp game rooms ("groups").
